The world’s best premium economy product on a 13-hour, ultra-long-haul flight from Dubai to New York. Overall, another very good flight with Emirates. The seat is perfect for long-haul travel with great recline and thick, comfortable cushioning, the largest also extends very high giving you more support. The service was good, although the crew weren’t as friendly as other Emirates crew I’ve experienced in the past. The food was very tasty, and there was plenty of it. The only (somewhat) disappointing part was the amenities. The blanket was thin and the pillow was cheap and uncomfortable, no slippers or premium amenity kits like you would get on U.S. carriers… I’m pretty sure Emirates gives the same amenity kit that we got to the economy as well. Anyway, a small grievance on an almost perfect flight.
